I filled the existing gap between the rudder and the wing with a rudder stop. I bonded some blue foam to the wing and epoxied to it a piece of cured 2UNI with the rudder in place. Once cured, I placed a radius of microballoons on it to continue the one between the winglet and the wing. I marked the edge with a marker and cut it with a Dremel tool as seen here on top.
