I made a template for symmetry when drilling the holes in the horns. I drilled the holes in the hard points, making sure both rudders were symmetrical and pivoting at the same distance from the hole for the rudder cables. I tapped the hard points and screwed them in place. I then bent them slightly, as necessary, to align the tip of the horn with the rudder cable coming from the wing.
