I aligned the rudder and the winglet, with the proper separation, with the help of clamps and tongue deppressors. I drilled the pilot holes for the rivets on one side of the hinge and used it to drill the holes on the rudder. I then marked and drilled two pilot holes for the screws on the other side of the hinge, used clecos to keep it in place, and used itas a template to drill the holes on the winglet.
