I made the knots on the aileron trim cord, wrapped a length of thread around the cord to include the end of the knots and used a couple of drops of cyanoacrylate (instant) glue to fix the knots. I opened several holes on the aileron belcrank to allow for adjustments of the system and assembled the aileron trim system per the manual.
